About Us

SOUNDS LIKE A SMILE was founded by Tracey Lento, a registered nurse in 2007. Struggling with an expressively speech delayed daughter, Tracey was frustrated with television programming and resources to help reinforce language and speech sounds.  After months of research and consultations with speech language pathologists, SOUNDS LIKE A SMILE was created.

It is the hope of SOUNDS LIKE A SMILE to expand on its offering in the future to include books, puppets and other items to enhance your child's learning and education.
